components keep systems from operating in a hazardous manner. However, just
like brakes on an automobile, these components need to be periodically checked,
cleaned and adjusted in order to function properly. Commerical Furnaces, Unit
Heaters and Roof Top Units should be checked at least on an annual basis to
reduce the risks of carbon monoxide poisoning and fire hazards from improper
combustion levels.
Efficiency. It is safe to assume that most people are concerned with rising
energy costs. An average air conditioning unit that is low on refrigerant or
operating with a dirty condenser coil can cost more than an annual maintenance
agreement in additional energy costs alone. These conditions will also result in
